The LENOX 87914CLB123810 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and job-shop environments. Measuring 150 inches in length and 1-1/4 inches in width with a 0.042-inch back thickness, this blade is built on a spring steel back with M42 high speed steel teeth. The variable-pitch, Vari-Raker tooth form delivers smooth cuts while minimizing vibration and blade chatter across a range of material thicknesses. At 6 to 10 TPI, it handles a broad spectrum of stock profiles, from thin-wall tubing to solid bar stock. This blade suits vertical and horizontal band saws in production shops, mechanical rooms, and fabrication environments.
