The blade measures 13 feet 2 inches in length and 1 inch in width, with a 0.035-inch back thickness and a kerf width of 0.058 inches. It features a variable pitch tooth form at 8 to 12 TPI with a Vari-Raker tooth set, which reduces vibration and harmonic resonance during cuts. The M42 high-speed steel tooth material provides heat and wear resistance when cutting harder alloys. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, plumbers, and metal fabricators working with structural and alloy materials are the primary installers and users of this blade.
This blade is suited for production and service shop environments where a single blade must handle multiple material types without frequent changes. It is rated for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals.
