The LENOX 79635CLB103315 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade built for demanding metal-cutting applications in professional fabrication and maintenance environments. Measuring 10 feet 10.5 inches in length and 1 inch wide with a 0.035-inch blade thickness, it runs on standard horizontal and vertical bandsaws sized for that loop length. The variable 10 to 14 TPI pitch reduces vibration and harmonics during the cut, improving surface finish and blade life across a wide range of material thicknesses. High Speed Steel M42 teeth are electron-beam welded to a spring steel back, combining tooth hardness with back flexibility for consistent tracking under load.

This blade is suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. It fits production shops, maintenance facilities, and metal service centers where a single blade must handle varied stock sizes and material types without frequent changeovers.
