The LENOX 79627CLB82665 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade designed for continuous cutting of metals in stationary band saw applications. The blade measures 105 inches in total length and 3/4 inch in width, with a 0.035-inch body thickness and a 0.058-inch kerf width. The variable-pitch tooth form spans 6 to 10 TPI, reducing harmonic vibration and improving cut finish across varying material cross-sections. High-speed steel M42 teeth are electron-beam welded to a spring steel back, giving the blade a combination of edge hardness and body flexibility suited to production cutting environments. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contractors as well as fabrication shop technicians rely on blades in this class for daily structural and alloy cutting tasks.
This blade is suited for cutting a broad range of metals including alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable Vari-Raker tooth set is intended for contour-free, straight cutting passes on stationary horizontal or vertical band saws that accept a 105-inch blade loop. The M42 high-speed steel tooth material makes it particularly effective when cutting harder alloys and stainless grades that wear standard carbon-tooth blades quickly. It is sold individually and is appropriate for both shop and field fabrication use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit blade for stationary band saws that accept a 105-inch blade loop with a 3/4-inch width and 0.035-inch blade thickness.
Band saw blade replacement should be performed by a qualified technician following the saw manufacturer's blade-change procedure. Disconnect and lock out electrical power to the saw before removing the existing blade or installing a new one. Verify blade tension and guide-bearing clearance settings after installation per the saw manufacturer's specifications. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling coiled or uncoiled bandsaw blades.
