The LENOX 78907CLB195945 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and commercial environments. It measures 19 feet 6 inches in length and 3/4 inch in width, with a 0.035-inch blade thickness and a variable-pitch tooth pattern running 5 to 8 TPI. The bi-metal construction pairs a spring steel back with M42 high-speed steel teeth, delivering heat resistance and edge retention during extended cuts. Metalworking fabricators and maintenance technicians install this blade on horizontal and vertical band saws where consistent, accurate cuts through ferrous and non-ferrous materials are required.
This blade is suited for cutting a broad range of metals in fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and production environments. Compatible material applications include alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable-pitch tooth form and Vari-Raker tooth set reduce vibration and chatter during the cut, making it effective for both solid bar stock and structural profiles. It is not intended for contour cutting applications.
Designed as a replacement or upgrade welded bandsaw blade for band saws accepting a 19-foot 6-inch loop, 3/4-inch wide blade. Suitable for cutting alloy steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metal, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, and tool steel.
Installation should be performed by a qualified metalworking technician or maintenance professional familiar with band saw equipment. Power down and fully de-energize the saw before removing the worn blade or installing a new one. Use appropriate cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade — the coiled loop can spring open unexpectedly. Verify blade tension, tracking, and guide bearing clearance per the saw manufacturer's specifications before returning the machine to service.
