The LENOX 73688CLB103175 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade designed for continuous cutting operations on metal-cutting vertical and horizontal band saws. Measuring 125 inches in length and 3/4 inch wide with a 0.035-inch blade thickness, it runs a 14 TPI constant-pitch tooth pattern suited for cutting a broad range of metals. The blade body is spring steel with an M42 high speed steel tooth edge, a combination that delivers heat resistance and edge retention under sustained use. A wavy tooth set and 0.058-inch kerf width help clear chips efficiently and reduce blade deflection. This blade is installed by HVAC sheet metal fabricators, pipefitters, plumbers, and general metalworking trades that rely on band saws for structural and alloy stock cutting.
This blade is appropriate for vertical or horizontal band saw applications in shop and field fabrication environments. It is rated for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The 14 TPI pitch is well matched to medium-wall and solid stock where a fine-to-medium chip load balances cut speed with surface finish. It is sold individually and fits band saws that accept a 125-inch blade loop.
Designed as a direct-fit welded replacement blade for band saws that accept a 125-inch (10 feet 5 inches) blade loop with a 3/4-inch width and 0.035-inch blade thickness.
Band saw blade installation and tensioning should be performed by a qualified technician following the band saw manufacturer's guidelines. Disconnect and lock out power to the saw before opening the blade guards or removing the existing blade. Confirm wheel alignment and blade guides are properly set before resuming operation. Do not exceed the maximum blade speed rating of the host machine for the material being cut.
