The LENOX 5320FLC1464 is a band saw blade coil stock designed for continuous cutting operations where shop-cut blade lengths are required. Constructed from carbon steel with a flexible back, this coil delivers 100 feet of usable blade material at 1/4 inch width and 0.025 inch thickness. The hook tooth form combined with a raker set and 4 teeth per inch (TPI) constant pitch configuration makes it well-suited for resawing and general-purpose contour cutting in wood, plastics, and soft non-ferrous materials. Fabricators and maintenance shops weld or crimp individual lengths from the coil to fit their specific band saw wheel diameter and frame geometry.
This coil stock is intended for use in stationary band saw applications where the operator needs custom blade lengths cut to suit the machine. The 4 TPI constant pitch pattern provides aggressive material removal and chip clearance, making it appropriate for thicker cross-sections. Contour cutting capability is supported by the narrow 1/4 inch blade width, which allows tight radius work. The flexible back construction reduces blade fatigue during operation on smaller wheel-diameter saws commonly found in fabrication shops, HVAC sheet metal operations, and general mechanical service environments.
Designed as coil stock for stationary band saws that accept shop-welded or crimped blades at 1/4 inch width and 0.025 inch thickness. Verify wheel diameter, blade guide clearance, and drive specifications on the target saw before cutting and joining lengths from this coil.
Blade cutting, joining, and tensioning should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with band saw blade welding or crimping equipment. Disengage and lock out power to the band saw before removing an old blade or installing a new one. Tension the finished blade to the saw manufacturer's specified range for the blade width before test-cutting. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling coiled blade stock, as the toothed edge presents a laceration hazard during uncoiling and measuring.
