The LENOX 47410CLB134065 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and shop environments. Measuring 13 feet 4 inches in length and 1 inch in width with a 0.035-inch blade thickness, it runs on horizontal and vertical bandsaw machines sized to accept that loop length. The variable pitch tooth form spans 6 to 10 TPI, reducing harmonic vibration during the cut and helping control chip load across a range of material thicknesses. High speed steel M42 teeth are electron-beam welded to a spring steel back, giving the blade the flexibility to resist back-cracking while the tooth edge holds hardness in heat-generating cuts. This blade is sold as a single welded loop ready to install.
This blade is intended for professional metalworking and fabrication use. The variable 6 to 10 TPI pitch and M42 tooth material make it well suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, structural steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The Vari-Raker tooth set and milled tooth form promote consistent chip clearance and reduce blade loading, which is especially useful when cutting solid rounds, bundles, or structural sections of varying cross-section. It is a strong fit for job shops, maintenance facilities, and fabrication operations running production bandsaw work.
Designed to fit bandsaw machines that accept a 13-foot 4-inch blade loop with a 1-inch blade width. Verify your machine's wheel diameter, blade width capacity, and blade speed range before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or maintenance technician familiar with bandsaw equipment. Power down and lockout/tagout the bandsaw before removing the old blade or mounting the new one. Set blade tension and tracking per the machine manufacturer's specifications — improper tension is a leading cause of premature blade fatigue and breakage. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the coiled or looped blade, as the tooth edge is sharp along its full length.
