The LENOX 39666CLB103050 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade designed for continuous cutting operations on metal-cutting bandsaws. The blade runs 10 feet in length and 3/4 inch wide with a 0.035-inch thickness, and features a variable-pitch tooth form at 4 to 6 TPI. The M42 high speed steel tooth material provides heat and wear resistance during demanding cuts. A Vari-Raker tooth set combined with a positive rake angle reduces vibration and extends blade life across a range of material thicknesses. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical trades along with metal fabricators rely on this blade for flush and contour-free straight cuts in production and service environments.
This blade is suited for use on horizontal and vertical metal-cutting bandsaws in both shop and field service settings. Its variable pitch tooth form makes it effective across a wide cross-section of material types, including thin-wall tubing, structural shapes, solid bar stock, and plate. Typical applications include cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, structural steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The Classic series design targets medium-duty to heavy-duty cutting cycles where consistent kerf quality and long blade life are priorities.
Designed as a replacement or spare blade for metal-cutting bandsaws accepting a 10-foot blade loop, 3/4-inch wide by 0.035-inch thick. Confirm your saw wheel diameter and blade guide spacing against these dimensions before installation.
Blade installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with bandsaw equipment. Disconnect and lock out power to the saw before removing the existing blade or mounting the new one. Verify blade tension according to the saw manufacturer specifications before making a cut, as both over-tensioning and under-tensioning reduce blade life and cut quality. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade loop.
