The LENOX 34212CLB113505 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for professional metal-cutting applications. Measuring 11 feet 6 inches in length, 1 inch wide, and 0.035 inches thick, it features a variable 6 to 8 TPI pitch pattern designed to reduce vibration and improve cut quality across a range of material thicknesses. The tooth edge is milled to a variable form with a positive rake angle and Vari-Raker tooth set, optimizing chip evacuation and extending blade life. The M42 high-speed steel tooth tips are welded to a spring steel back, giving the blade both cutting hardness and body flexibility under continuous load. This blade is intended for installation by machinists, fabricators, and industrial maintenance technicians operating vertical or horizontal bandsaws.
This blade is suited for production and job-shop environments where a wide range of metals are processed on a regular basis. Compatible materials include alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable pitch design makes it effective for both thin-wall tubing and solid bar stock without requiring a blade change. It is sold individually and is a direct-fit welded blade ready for installation without additional joining steps.
Designed for bandsaws accepting an 11-foot 6-inch blade length with a 1-inch blade width. Compatible cutting materials include alloy steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, and tool steel. Verify wheel diameter and blade guide clearance on the target saw before installation.
Bandsaw blade installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with the specific saw model. Disconnect and lock out electrical power to the saw before removing the existing blade or installing a new one. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling coiled or uncoiled bandsaw blades. Set blade tension and tracking per the saw manufacturer specifications before running the machine under load.
