The LENOX 34102CLB123660 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and trade environments. The blade spans 12 feet in length and measures 1 inch wide by 0.035 inches thick, with a variable pitch tooth pattern running 6 to 8 teeth per inch (TPI). Cutting teeth are M42 high speed steel with a positive rake angle and Vari-Raker tooth set, bonded to a spring steel back for fatigue resistance through continuous flex. A kerf width of 0.058 inches delivers clean, consistent cuts on a wide range of metals.
This blade is suited for contour-free straight cuts on structural shapes, bar stock, tubing, and sheet goods across a broad material range. Compatible materials include alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, structural steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. The variable pitch design reduces vibration and harmonic noise during the cut, making it a practical choice for production band saws handling mixed-material workloads. It is sold and packaged as a single blade.
Designed as a direct-fit welded replacement blade for band saws accepting a 12-foot by 1-inch blade in bi-metal configurations. Compatible cutting materials include alloy steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metal, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, and tool steel.
Band saw blade installation should be performed by a qualified technician with the machine fully powered down and locked out per OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Verify blade tracking, wheel alignment, and guide bearing clearance before tensioning. Always wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade loop. Do not exceed the band saw manufacturer's rated blade speed for the material being cut.
