The LENOX 23930T024HE is a 10-inch hacksaw blade designed for cutting in demanding trade applications. Each blade measures 10 inches in length by 0.5 inches wide with a 0.023-inch thickness and a 24 teeth-per-inch (TPI) tooth count. The higher TPI rating makes this blade well suited for cutting thin-wall tubing, conduit, and light metal stock cleanly and with minimal burring. Sold in a pack of two blades, this SKU provides a ready backup for field and shop use. Licensed plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters are the typical installers who carry these blades as part of their standard cutting kit.
This blade fits standard 10-inch hacksaw frames commonly used in residential and commercial mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The 24 TPI configuration is appropriate for thin-walled pipe, electrical conduit, threaded rod, and similar ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is not intended for heavy structural steel or masonry cutting. The two-blade pack format is practical for service trucks and job-site tool bags where a spare blade on hand avoids downtime mid-cut.
Designed as a standard replacement blade for 10-inch hacksaw frames used in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trade applications.
Hacksaw blades are installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians as part of routine cutting tasks. Before installing a new blade, verify the frame tensioning mechanism is fully released to avoid blade stress. Teeth should point forward, away from the handle, so the cutting stroke is on the push. Replace blades when tooth wear causes binding, deflection, or increased cutting effort rather than attempting to force a dull blade through material.
