The LENOX 1991366 is a T-shank jig saw blade designed for clean wood cutting applications. Measuring 5-1/4 inches in length and 3/8 inches in width with a 0.050-inch blade thickness, it runs at 10 teeth per inch (TPI) for smooth, controlled cuts in wood stock. The T-shank tang provides a universal fit in most current jig saw models. This blade is sold in a 3-pack, making it a practical stock item for carpenters, finish tradespeople, and general contractors who cycle through blades on production cuts. Corded tool use is the intended application — this blade is not rated for cordless-optimized performance.
The 1991366 is suited for residential and light commercial woodworking tasks where a clean cut edge is the priority. Typical applications include trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and panel work where tearout on the finished face must be minimized. The 10 TPI tooth count balances cut speed with surface finish quality, making it appropriate for dimensional lumber, plywood, and similar wood-based materials. Each pack contains three blades to support continuous workflow on the job site.
Designed as an OEM-style T-shank jig saw blade compatible with corded jig saws accepting the standard T-shank tang interface.
Blade changes should be performed with the jig saw unplugged or the battery removed before handling. T-shank blades seat into the blade clamp without tools on most tool-free chuck systems — consult the saw manufacturer instructions if resistance is felt during seating. Inspect the blade clamp for wear before inserting a new blade to ensure secure retention during operation. Dispose of worn blades safely; edges remain sharp after use.
