The LENOX 1793129 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in fabrication and machine shops. Measuring 186 inches long and 1-1/4 inches wide with a 0.042-inch thickness, it runs on horizontal and vertical band saws sized to accept that loop length. The variable-pitch tooth form spans 5 to 8 TPI, reducing harmonic vibration during cuts and extending blade life across a range of stock profiles. The M42 high-speed steel tooth tips are electron-beam welded to a spring steel back, delivering heat and wear resistance required when cutting tough ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and metalworking contractors as well as machine operators install and use this blade in production and maintenance environments.

This blade is suited for shops cutting a wide range of metals including alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals.
