The LENOX 1793100 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and trade environments. Measuring 15 feet 6 inches in length and 1-1/4 inches wide with a 0.042-inch body thickness, this blade installs on horizontal and vertical band saws sized for that loop length. The variable-pitch tooth form runs 4 to 6 TPI, reducing harmonic vibration and improving chip evacuation across a range of material thicknesses. High-speed steel M42 teeth are bonded to a spring steel back, delivering heat resistance and fatigue life that exceed standard carbon-steel blades. Fabricators, maintenance machinists, and pipe fitters rely on this blade for production cutting where consistent kerf and blade life matter.

This blade is suited for cutting a broad range of metals encountered in fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and mechanical contracting.
