The blade runs 15 feet 8 inches in length and 1-1/4 inches wide, with a 0.042-inch thickness and a variable 3 to 4 TPI pitch pattern. The cutting teeth are high speed steel M42 grade, set in a Vari-Raker configuration that reduces vibration and extends blade life during continuous cuts. The spring steel back provides consistent tension and flex resistance throughout the cut. Licensed trades, fabricators, and metalworking shops rely on this blade for high-volume cutting cycles where tooth durability and kerf consistency matter.
This blade is suited for cutting a broad range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in a horizontal or vertical band saw. Typical applications include structural steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. Designed for use on band saws accepting a 15-foot 8-inch blade length and 1-1/4-inch blade width. Verify wheel diameter, guide spacing, and blade tension specifications on the host machine before installation.
A qualified metalworking technician or machinist should install band saw blades following the machine manufacturer's guidelines. Power down and lock out the band saw before removing the old blade or mounting the new one.
