At 12 feet 6 inches long and 1 inch wide, this blade installs on horizontal and vertical band saws used in production shops and job sites. The bi-metal construction pairs a spring steel back with M42 high speed steel teeth, delivering both flexibility and edge retention. Variable pitch at 4 to 6 TPI reduces vibration and harmonics during cutting, resulting in a smoother cut and longer blade life. Blade thickness is 0.035 inches with a kerf width of 0.057 inches. Licensed metalworking and fabrication technicians are the primary installers.
This blade is suited for cutting a broad range of metals including alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. It is part of the LENOX Classic Pro series, which targets production-volume metal sawing where consistent performance and blade longevity are priorities. The variable pitch Vari-Raker tooth set handles both thin-wall and solid-section workpieces. It is intended for use in straight contour-style cuts only; contour cutting is not supported with this blade configuration.
