The blade body is made from spring steel with M42 high-speed steel teeth, a vari-raker tooth set, and a positive rake angle. This combination delivers aggressive cutting action with reduced vibration across a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is part of the LENOX Classic Pro series and is installed by machinists, fabricators, and metal-cutting technicians.
This blade is suited for production and job-shop band saw cutting of solid bar stock, structural shapes, and tubing. Compatible material applications include alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, structural steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable pitch tooth form minimizes harmonic vibration during cuts, making it effective on both interrupted cuts and solid cross-sections.
