Measuring 11 feet 6 inches in length, 1 inch wide, and 0.035 inches thick, this blade features a variable 3 to 4 TPI tooth pattern that balances aggressive stock removal with a controlled cut. The high-speed steel teeth are bonded to a spring steel back, combining edge hardness with backbone flexibility. Built to M42 material grade specifications, it is part of the LENOX Classic Pro series and is suited for professional metalworking shops and fabrication environments where blade life and cut quality are priorities.
This blade is designed for bandsaw machines accepting an 11-foot 6-inch welded loop. The variable pitch tooth geometry reduces vibration and noise during the cut, making it effective across a wide range of metal stock profiles including solid bar, tube, and structural sections. Bandsaw blade installation and tensioning should be performed by a qualified technician following the saw manufacturer's specifications. Verify wheel tracking and blade tension before making the first cut, and allow a short break-in period at reduced feed pressure to seat the new teeth.
