The LENOX 14334D2B113605 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade built for continuous contour cutting across a wide range of metals and materials. Measuring 11 feet 10 inches in length and 0.5 inches wide with a 0.035-inch blade thickness, it runs a constant 14 teeth per inch pitch with a straight tooth form and single-level set. The cutting teeth are M42 high speed steel, chosen for heat and wear resistance when cutting harder alloys. The back is spring steel for flexibility under tension. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contractors as well as fabrication tradespeople will recognize this as the LENOX Classic series blade designed for demanding shop and field use.
This blade is intended for horizontal and vertical bandsaws in commercial and industrial settings where operators cut alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals, as well as wood. At 14 TPI with a standard pitch pattern, it suits medium-thickness stock where a balance of cut speed and surface finish is required. The 0.058-inch kerf width is consistent with a precise, low-waste cut. It ships as a single pre-welded loop ready to mount, with no field welding required.
Designed as a direct-mount replacement blade for bandsaws accepting an 11-foot 10-inch blade loop at 0.5-inch width and 0.035-inch gauge. Confirm machine blade length, width, and gauge specifications before installation.
Installation should be performed by an experienced operator familiar with bandsaw blade tensioning and tracking procedures. Disconnect and lock out power to the saw before mounting or removing any blade. Set blade tension and tracking per the saw manufacturer specifications before operating. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade loop, as tooth edges are sharp during mounting.
