The LENOX 1 1/4" HOL is a bi-metal hole saw engineered for trade professionals who need consistent performance cutting through common construction materials. Built with a proprietary toothform, this hole saw is designed to deliver extended service life compared to previous-generation bi-metal hole saws in low carbon steel applications. The reinforced tooth design absorbs impact forces caused by obstructions and bind-ups during drilling, reducing tooth breakage. The SPEED SLOT staircase design enables fast, easy plug ejection without stopping work. This saw is compatible with both quick-change and traditional non-quick-change arbors, making it adaptable to a wide range of drill setups used by electricians, plumbers, and general construction tradespeople.
This hole saw is sized at 1-1/4 inches and is intended for drilling clean, accurate holes in common construction materials encountered in residential and light commercial jobsites. Typical applications include rough-in work for plumbing, electrical conduit runs, and HVAC penetrations where a precise hole diameter is required. The arbor compatibility covers standard non-quick-change setups as well as quick-change systems, with the exception of proprietary arbor systems that require dedicated adapters. Performance is rated for the diameter range listed on original packaging.
