Lennox 16U04 is a cold end header box kit (MPN 619598-04) designed to manage flue gas flow and condensate at the cold end of the heat exchanger. The kit includes a cold end collector box assembly and an assembly bag containing a condensate trap, 1" vinyl cap, 1" drain clamp, vent label, 3/4" elbow, drain hose, and 1/2" external drain plug. It is intended for furnace repair, heat exchanger service, and preventive maintenance.
