The LEGRIS 3675 04 13 is a push-to-connect male connector tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free tubing connections in fluid and gas handling systems. It accepts 4mm outside diameter tubing on the tube end and terminates with a 1/4 inch BSPT male thread on the pipe end. The body is nickel-plated brass, offering corrosion resistance suitable for a wide range of industrial and mechanical applications. This fitting is rated to 435 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from -4 degrees F to 302 degrees F. The FKM o-ring construction supports use with both liquid and gas media. It is installed by plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians working on pneumatic controls, instrumentation lines, and fluid distribution systems.
This fitting is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications where 4mm OD tubing must connect to a BSPT-threaded port. Typical install scenarios include pneumatic control lines, compressed air distribution, process fluid circuits, and instrumentation tubing runs. The push-to-connect design allows rapid line assembly and disassembly without separate compression hardware. It meets multiple international standards including RoHS, ATEX, PED, REACH, and FDA-recognized material regulations, making it appropriate for regulated environments where compliance documentation is required.
Designed for use with 4mm outside diameter tubing and 1/4 inch BSPT male-threaded ports. Suitable for both liquid and gas media service per manufacturer specification.
This fitting is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or qualified HVAC technicians. Depressurize and isolate the line fully before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and that the tube end is free of burrs before inserting into the fitting body. BSPT threads are tapered and require appropriate thread sealant or tape in accordance with applicable codes such as IPC or local mechanical codes.
