The LEGRIS 3621 08 13 is a push-to-connect male stud standpipe tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free tube connections in fluid and gas handling systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it features a tube-by-male-by-tube-by-male BSPT connection configuration with an 8mm tube outside diameter and a 1/4 inch BSPT male thread. The fitting is rated to 435 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from -4 degrees F to 302 degrees F, making it suitable for demanding service conditions. An FKM O-ring provides a reliable seal for both liquid and gas applications. Licensed plumbers and industrial pipefitters typically install this fitting in compressed air, fluid transfer, and process piping systems.
This fitting is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, pneumatic, and process fluid systems where a push-to-connect standpipe connection to a BSPT male port is required. It is rated for use with both liquid and gas media, making it versatile across HVAC, pneumatic tool lines, and process control installations. Its compact dimensions and nickel-plated brass construction make it appropriate for tight installations where corrosion resistance and pressure integrity are priorities.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement or new-installation fitting for systems using 8mm outside diameter tubing with 1/4 inch BSPT male threaded ports, compatible with liquid and gas media.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified pipefitter in accordance with applicable local plumbing and pressure piping codes. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Ensure tube ends are cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs before inserting into the push-to-connect collet. Verify that the BSPT male thread engagement meets system requirements and that the fitting is rated for the media and pressure of the target system before placing into service.
