The LEGRIS 3614 06 13 is a push-to-connect female connector tube fitting designed for inline tube-to-female BSPP connections in fluid and gas systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with an FKM O-ring, it handles working pressures up to 435 psi and operating temperatures from -4 degrees F to 302 degrees F. The 6mm outside diameter tube connection mates with a 1/4-inch BSPP female thread port, making it a compact, reliable fitting for instrument, pneumatic, and process piping lines. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians install this type of fitting when transitioning between push-to-connect tubing and female-threaded ports on valves, manifolds, and equipment panels.
This fitting is suited for both liquid and gas service in residential, commercial, and light industrial applications. Its overall length of 31.50 mm and compact profile allow installation in tight panel or manifold spaces. The push-to-connect mechanism eliminates the need for tube flaring or ferrule compression, reducing installation time. It meets multiple international standards including RoHS, ATEX, PED, ISO 14743, REACH, FDA 21CFR, and UL94 V-0 flame ratings, making it appropriate for regulated systems and environments where material traceability is required.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for use with 6mm OD tubing and 1/4-inch BSPP female-threaded ports in pneumatic, instrument air, and process fluid systems compatible with FKM seals and nickel-plated brass construction.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or instrumentation technicians. Before installing or removing this fitting, depressurize and isolate the line completely. Ensure the 1/4-inch BSPP thread port is clean and undamaged before hand-tightening; apply thread sealant appropriate for the service medium per the system manufacturer's guidance. To insert tubing, push the tube squarely into the collet until it seats fully; to release, depress the collet ring while pulling the tube straight out.
