The LEGRIS 3614 06 10 is a push-to-connect tube-to-female connector fitting designed for inline connections in compressed air, liquid, and gas plumbing systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts 6mm outside-diameter tubing on each tube port and terminates in a 1/8 inch BSPP female thread. The fitting is rated to 435 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from -4 degrees F to 302 degrees F, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and mechanical service applications. An FKM O-ring provides the primary seal. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and pneumatic system technicians are the typical installers of this type of fitting.
This fitting is used in residential, commercial, and light industrial fluid and pneumatic systems where a push-to-connect tube port must transition to a female BSPP threaded port. Typical applications include compressed air distribution, hydraulic instrumentation lines, and process fluid plumbing where quick, tool-free tube insertion is required on one or both ends. Its compact overall length of approximately 1.08 inches (27.5mm) suits tight panel or manifold installations. The fitting is compliant with RoHS, ATEX, PED, REACH, FDA 21 CFR, and ISO 14743 standards, broadening its suitability for regulated environments including food-grade and potentially explosive atmospheres.
Designed for use with 6mm outside-diameter tubing in liquid and gas service. The female port accepts standard 1/8 inch BSPP threaded connections. Verify thread type and tube OD before installation, as BSPP is not interchangeable with NPT or BSPT without appropriate adapters.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and de-energize the system fully before removing or installing any fitting. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and deburred before insertion into the push-to-connect port to achieve a proper seal and prevent premature O-ring wear. Verify that the mating threaded port uses BSPP parallel thread form and apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape as required by the applicable piping code.
