The LEGRIS 3614 04 13 is a push-to-connect female connector tube fitting designed for inline tube-to-female connections in fluid and gas distribution systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts a 4mm outside diameter tube on each tube port and terminates with a 1/4 inch BSPP female thread. The fitting is rated to 435 psi maximum working pressure and carries an operating temperature range of -4 degrees F to 302 degrees F, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial pneumatic or liquid plumbing circuits. The FKM o-ring provides a reliable seal across compatible fluids and gases. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and pneumatic system technicians are the primary installers of this fitting type.
This fitting is intended for use in pneumatic and fluid conveyance systems where a push-to-connect inline female branch or through connection is required. Its BSPP thread interface is common in European-standard equipment, compressed air distribution panels, hydraulic manifolds, and process instrumentation circuits. The fitting is rated for use with both liquid and gas media, making it applicable across plumbing, pneumatic control, and light hydraulic applications in commercial and industrial settings.
Designed for use with 4mm outside diameter tubing in push-to-connect pneumatic and fluid systems using 1/4 inch BSPP female thread connections. Rated for liquid and gas media service.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing any existing fitting or inserting this connector. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and that the outer surface is free of burrs or contamination before insertion into the push-to-connect port. Verify BSPP thread engagement and confirm the system does not exceed the rated working pressure before returning to service.
