The LEGRIS 3175 04 11 is a push-to-connect tube-to-male NPT connector designed for pneumatic and fluid transfer lines in industrial and commercial applications. It accepts tubing with a 5/32 inch outside diameter and connects to a 1/8 inch male NPT port. The body is nickel-plated brass, rated to 290 psi maximum working pressure. Operating temperature range spans -4 degrees F to 175 degrees F. The push-to-connect mechanism allows fast, tool-free tube insertion while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant seal. This fitting is installed by HVAC technicians, pneumatic system specialists, and industrial maintenance professionals.
This connector is suited for low-volume pneumatic control lines, instrument air tubing, and fluid transfer systems where a reliable tube-to-threaded-port transition is required. It is commonly found in commercial HVAC controls, pneumatic actuator circuits, and light industrial process lines. The male NPT thread screws directly into standard NPT-tapped ports on valves, manifolds, and control equipment. The nickel plating provides added corrosion resistance in environments with moderate moisture exposure.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for pneumatic and fluid control systems using 5/32 inch OD tubing and 1/8 inch NPT threaded ports. Compatible with standard NPT-tapped valves, manifolds, and instrumentation ports in HVAC, pneumatic, and light industrial systems.
Installation is performed by qualified HVAC technicians or pneumatic system technicians. Before servicing any pneumatic or pressurized fluid line, depressurize the system fully and verify zero pressure before disconnecting or installing fittings. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the male NPT threads per standard plumbing and pneumatic practice, following applicable codes. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely for a proper push-to-connect seal.
