The LEGRIS 0124 12 00 is a brass compression tube sleeve designed for inline tube-to-tube connections in pneumatic and fluid systems. The sleeve accepts 12mm outside diameter tubing on both ends using compression-style end connections, creating a secure, leak-resistant joint without soldering or threading. Rated to 320 psi maximum working pressure and capable of handling temperatures from -40 degrees F to 210 degrees F, this fitting is suited for demanding industrial and commercial installations. Licensed trades working on compressed air, hydraulic lines, or instrumentation tubing are the typical installers.
This sleeve is appropriate for pneumatic distribution lines, compressed air systems, process fluid lines, and instrumentation tubing runs where a straight inline compression connection is required. The brass construction resists corrosion and handles a wide range of media compatible with copper alloy fittings. The fitting meets ATEX, PED, Prop 65, REACH, RoHS, and WEEE compliance standards, making it suitable for use in regulated environments including European-market and hazardous-location applications.
Designed as a standard compression-style inline sleeve fitting for 12mm outside diameter tubing in pneumatic and fluid distribution systems.
Installation is performed by licensed pipefitters, instrumentation technicians, or mechanical trades familiar with compression fittings. Shut down and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Use the appropriate compression fitting tool or wrench to seat the ferrule and nut properly — do not overtighten by hand or use excessive force, as brass compression fittings rely on controlled ferrule deformation for a leak-free seal. Verify system pressure and temperature ratings are within the limits of this fitting before returning the system to service.
