The LEGEND VALVE LEGE-303-408 is a 2-inch stainless steel no hub coupling designed to connect cast iron no-hub soil pipe and no-hub fittings in both aboveground and underground installations. The coupling uses a 28-gauge corrugated stainless steel shield that promotes even gasket compression and reduces buckling at the overlap. A full-pattern neoprene rubber gasket is internally beaded and tear-resistant, creating a positive seal with strong pull-out resistance. Heavy-pattern worm-gear band clamps are riveted to the shield through an elongated slot, allowing the clamp and shield to move independently during tightening. This prevents uneven clamping force, binding, and shield crimping.
