The LEGEND VALVE 105-507 is a bronze Y-strainer designed to filter debris and particulates from piping systems, protecting downstream equipment such as valves, meters, and pumps. Sized for 1-1/2 inch pipe with female National Pipe Taper (FNPT) end connections, it carries a 300 psi water-oil-gas (WOG) rating and a 150 psi working steam pressure (WSP) rating. The 20-mesh stainless strainer screen captures coarse debris while maintaining adequate flow. Plumbers and pipefitters install this fitting in commercial and residential water, hydronic, and process piping lines where periodic strainer cleaning is part of routine system maintenance.

This Y-strainer is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing systems, hydronic heating and cooling distribution lines, and general-purpose water service piping. Installation Notes
