The LEGEND VALVE 105-502 is a bronze Y-strainer designed to remove debris and particulate from pipeline flow in plumbing and mechanical systems. Sized for 3/8-inch pipe with female NPT (FNPT) ends on both inlet and outlet, this strainer carries a 300 psi WOG (water, oil, gas) pressure rating and a 150 psi WSP (working steam pressure) rating. The 20-mesh stainless screen captures sediment and scale before it reaches valves, meters, or equipment downstream. It is installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters in both residential and light commercial applications.

The 105-502 is suited for 3/8-inch threaded piping systems where inline filtration is required. Typical installations include potable water supply lines, hydronic heating circuits, compressed air drops, and gas service lines where local code permits bronze body strainers. The FNPT connection is compatible with standard NPT male fittings per ANSI and ASME B1.20.1.
