Product Description

The LEGEND VALVE 105-448NL is a lead-free bronze inline check valve sized for 2-inch pipe with female NPT connections on both ends. It is designed to allow flow in one direction and prevent backflow in potable water, hydronic, and general-purpose plumbing systems. The body is cast from UNS C89844 lead-free bronze alloy, meeting lead-free compliance requirements for drinking water applications. A phosphor-bronze spring provides consistent cracking performance at 0.50 psi, and the full-port design delivers a Cv rating of 45, minimizing pressure drop across the valve. A nitrile butadiene rubber seal provides a reliable shut-off. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this valve in commercial and residential systems.

This check valve is suited for inline installation in 2-inch FNPT-threaded piping systems carrying water or compatible fluids up to 180 degrees F. Installation Notes
