The LAVELLE INDUSTRIES INC 100BP is an adjustable, ultra water-saving toilet flapper designed to replace worn or leaking flappers in standard 2-inch flush valve toilets. The flapper is constructed from flexible red rubber that resists chlorine, bacteria, city water treatment chemicals, hard water, and well water conditions. It ships with one adjustable flapper and one stainless steel chain. The adjustable design allows the technician or installer to dial in flush volume to match original toilet settings, reducing unnecessary water waste per flush cycle. This part is suited for licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers performing routine toilet maintenance or low-flow retrofit work.
The 100BP is rated for toilets flushing at 1.28, 1.6, 3.5, and 5 gallons per flush, covering a wide range of residential toilet vintages. It is designed for standard 2-inch flush valves found in the majority of residential toilet tanks. Compatible models include American Standard Cadet 4029, 4078, 4083, 4053, and 4650, Monarch 4003, Mainstream 4061, Evolution 2 Flowise 4061, Kohler Wellworth K-4620 and Wellworth K-4519, and Toto 706.

Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified DIYer. Shut off the water supply valve at the base of the toilet and flush to empty the tank before removing the old flapper. Disconnect the old chain from the flush handle arm and remove the flapper ears from the overflow tube pegs before installing the replacement. Adjust the float collar on the flapper body to set the desired flush volume before restoring water supply and testing for proper seal.
