The LAVELLE INDUSTRIES INC 528MP is a QuietFill Platinum HET toilet fill valve engineered to resolve common toilet performance problems including slow or failed refill, continuous running, and excessive operating noise. Designed for high-efficiency toilets flushing 1.6 gallons per flush or less, the 528MP features a fully adjustable body that extends from 7.75 inches to 13.5 inches to accommodate a wide range of tank depths. A dedicated refill adjuster meters the precise volume of water returned to the bowl after each flush, preserving original flush performance while reducing water waste. Licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers install this valve as a direct replacement in residential and light-commercial toilet tanks.

The 528MP is suited for HET toilets manufactured from 1994 forward that operate at 1.6 gallons per flush or less. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified DIYer. Shut off the water supply at the angle stop valve and flush the toilet to drain the tank before removing the old fill valve. No tools are required for height adjustment; hand-tighten the mounting nut and avoid over-torquing plastic tank fittings. After installation, use the tamper-proof key and refill adjuster to set bowl refill volume before returning the supply to service.
