The L H Dottie Co TG6KTP is a No. 6 combination Phillips and slotted drive toggle wall anchor finished in beige. Designed for fastening into hollow walls such as drywall and plaster, this toggle anchor expands behind the wall surface to distribute load and provide a secure hold. The dual-drive head accepts both a Phillips and a flat-blade screwdriver, giving installers flexibility in the field. Electricians, low-voltage technicians, and general contractors use toggle anchors like this when mounting fixtures, brackets, or junction box supports where a stud is not accessible.
The TG6KTP is suited for light-duty hollow-wall fastening in residential and light commercial applications. Typical uses include securing switch plate supports, cable management clips, small electrical enclosures, and similar hardware to drywall or plaster walls. The beige finish blends with standard interior wall finishes, making it appropriate for finished spaces where appearance matters. Sold individually, it fits into any standard fastener inventory for field or shop use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and general-purpose toggle anchor for No. 6 fastener applications in hollow drywall and plaster wall installations.
Toggle anchors of this type are installed by electricians, low-voltage technicians, and general contractors working in hollow-wall assemblies. Drill a clearance hole sized to allow the folded toggle wings to pass through before insertion. Once inserted, pull the anchor outward while tightening to collapse the wings firmly against the back face of the wall. Do not overtighten, as excessive torque can strip the anchor or crack the wall surface.
