Product Description

The KYOCERA TSJ03573 is a cermet turning insert in the VNMG332GP geometry, designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and turning centers. It features a 35-degree diamond shape with a negative rake angle of -10 degrees, a honed cutting edge, and a TiCN plus NbC coating applied through an uncoated classification process under the TN60 manufacturer grade. The insert delivers four usable cutting edges per insert with a corner radius of 0.0313 inches and a maximum depth of cut of 0.4360 inches. It is installed and managed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop turning operations.

This insert is suited for external turning, facing, copying, and undercutting applications on steel and stainless steel workpieces, corresponding to ISO material grades P01, P10, and P20. The GP chip breaker geometry supports a range of light to medium cutting conditions. The ISOI series insert is held in place using a clamp-and-pin method and conforms to both ANSI and ISO standards. Installation Notes
