Product Description

The KUNKLE VALVE 299-J is a 2-1/2" drip pan elbow recommended for installation on the outlet/discharge pipe for safety valves, especially in steam service. It is constructed from cast iron and designed to handle condensate from safety valves used in steam applications. The length of discharge piping must be kept to a minimum.

• Provides a means to handle condensate from safety valves used in steam applications.
• For safety valves with flanged outlets (2 to 4 inch), use companion flange, short nipple, and drip pan elbow, all same size as valve outlet.
• 6 and 8 inch elbows have an integral 125# ANSI B16.1 flange.
