The KRYLON S00205000 is a food grade chain lubricant spray formulated for use in food processing and industrial environments where incidental food contact is a concern. Rated NSF H1, this aerosol delivers a PTFE-enhanced formula that reduces friction and wear on metal-to-metal contact points across a wide range of equipment. The foaming action allows the lubricant to penetrate deeply into tight tolerances on chains, bearings, and linkages. Weighing 1.39 pounds per can, it is sold individually and is free of heavy metals including barium and cadmium. Maintenance technicians and facility mechanics working in regulated production environments are the primary installers.
This lubricant is designed for food processing facilities, packaging lines, and industrial plants where equipment reliability is critical and contamination control is required. Typical applications include conveyor chains, hoist chains, link and roller assemblies, fans, bearings, cables, hinges, pumps, locks, electrical motors, air tools, and packaging equipment. Its extreme pressure lubricity and water-washout resistance make it well suited for high-load and wet-environment service conditions.
Designed as an NSF H1 food grade lubricant suitable for metal chains, bearings, cables, hinges, conveyor and hoist assemblies, pumps, locks, electrical motors, air tools, and packaging equipment in food processing and general industrial applications.
Applied by maintenance technicians and facility mechanics as part of scheduled lubrication programs. Before applying, shut down and de-energize any equipment being serviced per your facility lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedure. Apply from an appropriate distance to allow the foaming carrier to penetrate the target area fully before the equipment is returned to service. Follow all applicable facility safety protocols and NSF H1 usage guidelines for food-contact environments.
