The KROIL KS132 is a petroleum-distillate-based penetrant lubricant formulated to loosen frozen, corroded, and rust-seized fasteners, fittings, and mechanical components. Packaged in a 13 oz aerosol can with a 10 oz net fill, it delivers a red-tinted spray that penetrates deeper and faster than general-purpose oils. The petroleum hydrocarbon and aliphatic alcohol composition attacks corrosion at the molecular level, helping remove rust and carbon deposits from threaded connections, valve stems, pipe fittings, and similar components. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors keep this type of penetrant on hand for field service and maintenance work.
KS132 is suited for a wide range of trade applications including loosening corroded pipe unions and fittings in plumbing and HVAC work, freeing seized electrical conduit connectors, and breaking loose rusted fasteners on HVAC equipment, rooftop units, air handlers, and pool equipment. It is effective on metal-to-metal assemblies in both indoor and outdoor environments. The VOC-compliant formula meets the requirements of contractors working in jurisdictions where VOC limits apply. Maximum rated operating temperature is 120 degrees F.
Designed for general-purpose trade use on metal fasteners, pipe fittings, valve stems, and threaded mechanical assemblies across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance applications. Not rated for food-grade or extreme-pressure contact use.
Apply to seized or corroded components and allow dwell time before attempting to loosen fasteners or fittings. This product is flammable — keep away from open flames, pilot lights, and ignition sources during application. Use in well-ventilated areas and follow all SDS guidelines for handling petroleum distillate aerosols. Wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and chemical-resistant gloves when spraying in confined spaces.
