The KLEENGUARD 58525 is a disposable coverall designed for particle protection in industrial, maintenance, and light manufacturing environments. Part of the KleenGuard A20 series, it is constructed from SMMMS (Microforce Barrier) breathable fabric that blocks dirt, grime, and airborne dust while allowing heat and moisture to escape. The Reflex design provides an improved fit and range of motion, reducing fatigue during extended wear. Key construction details include a full-length zipper closure, serged seams, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankle closures. Each case contains 24 individually folded garments in blue denim color. These coveralls are sized at 2X-Large and are intended for single-use applications where contamination control and worker cleanliness are priorities.
The 58525 is suited for general industrial work, facilities maintenance, janitorial operations, spray painting prep, and light assembly tasks where particle and dust exposure is a concern. It is classified as Non-Cleanroom (ISO Non-Cleanroom Class), making it appropriate for environments that require basic particulate protection without meeting pharmaceutical-grade cleanroom standards. The coverall is rated for non-hazardous protection and meets NFPA 99 standards, making it relevant in healthcare facility maintenance contexts where fire safety compliance is required for non-clinical garments. Installation and use do not require specialized training but should follow site-specific PPE protocols.
Designed as a single-use disposable coverall for non-hazardous particle protection applications in general industrial, maintenance, and healthcare facility environments at the 2X-Large size.
Disposable coveralls require no tools for donning and should be put on before entering the work area to prevent cross-contamination. Inspect each garment for tears or defects before use and discard immediately if compromised. Follow your facility's PPE program and disposal procedures, including applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132 personal protective equipment guidelines. These coveralls are single-use only and must not be laundered or reused.
