The KLEENGUARD 49102 is a disposable full-body coverall engineered for particle protection in industrial and maintenance environments. Part of the KLEENGUARD A20 series, it is constructed from breathable SMMMS (SMS) non-woven fabric that blocks dirt, grime, and dust while allowing moisture vapor to escape, reducing heat stress during extended wear. The zipper front closure includes a snap-over flap for a secure seal. Elastic wrists, elastic ankles, and serged seams provide a snug fit that limits particle ingress at the extremities. Each case contains 24 garments in white. This coverall is sized for medium builds and is intended for single-use applications where contamination control matters.
The KLEENGUARD 49102 is suited for general industrial maintenance, painting prep, light construction, janitorial services, and facility cleaning tasks where workers need protection from non-hazardous airborne particles and surface contaminants. The Reflex coverall design allows freedom of movement for technicians and service workers who need to crouch, reach, or work in tight spaces. It meets NFPA 99 standards and is rated for ISO Non-Cleanroom environments, making it appropriate for general-industry worksites rather than controlled cleanroom settings. Typical users include HVAC technicians during duct cleaning or insulation work, plumbers working in dusty crawl spaces, and maintenance crews performing remediation tasks.
Designed for general industrial and maintenance applications requiring non-hazardous particle protection in ISO Non-Cleanroom environments. Not rated for chemical splash, biological hazards, or hazardous particulate applications.
These coveralls are intended for single-use disposable wear and should be donned before entering work areas to prevent outside contaminants from entering. Inspect the garment for tears or compromised seams before use. Remove and discard after leaving the contaminated work area to avoid cross-contamination. Follow applicable site safety protocols and local regulations for disposal of used protective garments.
