The KLEENGUARD 46127 is a disposable SMS coverall designed for single-use protective wear in industrial, maintenance, and light-hazard work environments. Constructed from SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven fabric in white, this garment provides a breathable barrier against light particulates, dust, and non-hazardous contaminants. The front zipper closure features a 1-inch snap flap for coverage over the zipper track. Elastic cuffs, elastic ankles, and an elastic back panel allow a secure fit across a range of body types. Sized for 4X-Large wearers, these coveralls ship in a package quantity of 21 units per case, making them practical for crew-level procurement.
These coveralls are suited for residential and commercial jobsite use where workers need a disposable outer layer against dust, insulation fibers, paint overspray, or light debris. Typical applications include HVAC installation and maintenance, attic and crawl space work, painting prep, facility maintenance, and general construction cleanup. The seamless seam construction reduces potential particle ingress points compared to stitched-seam alternatives. These are rated Non-Cleanroom under ISO classification, meaning they are appropriate for general industrial use rather than controlled-environment manufacturing.
Designed as a general-purpose disposable coverall for non-hazardous protection applications. Suitable for tradespeople and maintenance personnel requiring single-use outer garment coverage in industrial or residential work environments.
These are single-use garments intended to be donned before entering a work area and discarded after use. Inspect each coverall before use for tears or defects that could compromise coverage. These coveralls are rated for non-hazardous environments only and are not a substitute for chemical-resistant or HAZMAT-rated PPE where regulated exposure exists. Disposal should follow local waste guidelines for contaminated workwear.
