The KLEENGUARD 46102 is a disposable SMS coverall from the KleenGuard A30 series, engineered to protect workers against dirt, grime, light liquid splashes, and airborne particles. Built with a breathable Microforce Barrier SMS fabric, the A30 offers substantially improved breathability compared to standard polyethylene-laminate alternatives while maintaining comparable particle holdout performance. The elastic cuffs and elastic ankles provide a secure fit that limits contaminant ingress at the wrists and lower legs. The front zipper closure allows quick donning and doffing on the job. Rated for non-hazardous protection under ISO non-cleanroom classification and compliant with NFPA 99 standards, this coverall is suited for general industrial, maintenance, and light chemical splash environments.
The 46102 is used across a wide range of trades and service applications where skin and clothing protection from particulate and light liquid exposure is required. Typical applications include HVAC system service in dusty mechanical spaces, plumbing rough-in and remediation work, pool equipment maintenance, and general facility maintenance. The seamless seam construction reduces potential ingress points, making these coveralls suitable for work around fiberglass insulation, duct debris, and light chemical handling. Each case contains 25 garments, making bulk stocking practical for service contractors and facilities teams.
Designed as a general-purpose disposable coverall for non-hazardous industrial, maintenance, and light splash protection applications; part of the KleenGuard A30 protective apparel series.
Inspect each garment for tears or defects before use and discard any damaged coveralls. Power down or de-energize equipment and shut off relevant utilities before donning PPE and beginning service work. Dispose of used coveralls according to applicable local waste regulations, particularly when garments have contacted chemical or biological materials. These coveralls are single-use only and must not be laundered or reused.
