The KLEENGUARD 46007 is a disposable full-body coverall designed for workers who need reliable protection against dirt, grime, light splashes, and airborne particles. Built from KleenGuard A30 Microforce Barrier fabric, an SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven material, this coverall offers a breathable yet protective barrier suited for general industrial, maintenance, and light-hazard environments. The zipper front closure provides a secure fit, while the open wrists and ankles allow compatibility with separate gloves and boot covers. Each case contains 21 coveralls in size 4X-Large. These garments are intended for single use and should be discarded after each application.
The KLEENGUARD 46007 is used in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, spray operations, janitorial service environments, and light chemical handling tasks where splash and particle contamination are the primary hazards. The non-cleanroom ISO classification makes it suitable for general-duty applications rather than controlled environments. The white coloring allows for easy visual inspection and contamination identification. Facilities managers, industrial hygienists, and safety coordinators typically specify this coverall for maintenance crews, painters, and general labor staff.
Designed as a general-duty disposable coverall for non-cleanroom industrial and maintenance applications where protection against light splashes and airborne particles is required.
Donning and doffing of disposable coveralls should follow facility-specific PPE protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines for personal protective equipment. Inspect each garment before use for tears, punctures, or compromised seams. Wear appropriate gloves and footwear in conjunction with open-cuff and open-ankle designs to maintain full-body coverage. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with local regulations for contaminated protective clothing.
