The KLEENGUARD 41508 is a disposable hooded coverall from the A45 series, designed for liquid and particle protection during surface prep, painting, and similar trade applications. Constructed from microporous film laminate, the garment provides a water-resistant barrier while remaining lightweight enough for extended wear. The zipper front closure is water-resistant, and elastic wrists and ankles (EWA) create a secure seal to limit contaminant ingress. Seams are serged for durability across the full range of motion. Each case contains 25 garments in white, sized 3X-Large, and meets NFPA 99 standards. Painters, surface prep crews, abatement workers, and general industrial trades are the primary users.
These coveralls are suited for residential and commercial jobsites where workers need protection from liquid splatter and airborne particles. Typical applications include spray painting, surface preparation, light chemical handling, and dusty demolition environments. The hooded design provides head coverage without requiring a separate hood. The ISO Non-Cleanroom classification indicates these garments are appropriate for general industrial use rather than controlled cleanroom environments. The 25-garment case format supports crew-level stocking on active job sites.
Designed as a general-purpose disposable coverall for industrial and trade use in ISO Non-Cleanroom environments where liquid and particle protection is required.
Disposable coveralls are donned and doffed by the end user and do not require licensed trade installation. Inspect each garment before use for tears, open seams, or zipper defects. Follow site safety protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines for personal protective equipment selection and use. Doff carefully to avoid self-contamination, rolling the garment inward during removal, and dispose of used coveralls per local regulations for the contaminants encountered.
