The KLEENGUARD 38954 is a disposable full-body coverall from the A35 series, engineered for liquid splash and dry particle protection in industrial and maintenance environments. Constructed from microporous film-laminated material, this coverall provides a barrier against hazardous liquid splashes and airborne dry particles such as dust and dirt. The suit features an integrated hood and boots, a front zipper closure, serged seams, and elastic cuffs and ankles for a secure fit. Each case contains 25 coveralls in size 5X-Large. Installation and use is handled by safety coordinators, industrial hygienists, or workers in chemical handling, janitorial, remediation, or general industrial settings.
The KLEENGUARD 38954 is suited for non-cleanroom environments where workers require protection from liquid splashes and particulate contamination. Typical applications include chemical handling, painting, light spray operations, asbestos abatement support work, and general facility maintenance. The white coloring and integrated hood and boot design make it appropriate for use in food processing areas, pharmaceutical production support, and industrial manufacturing where contamination control is a priority but full hazmat-level protection is not required. This coverall meets ANSI/ISEA 101-1996 standards and is classified as non-hazardous protection level.
Designed as an OEM-style disposable protective garment for use in non-cleanroom industrial, chemical, and maintenance environments requiring liquid splash and dry particle protection.
Donning should be performed in a clean staging area prior to entering the work zone to avoid contaminating the exterior of the garment. Inspect the coverall for tears or defects before each use. Doffing should follow a controlled procedure to prevent transfer of contaminants to skin or clothing; roll the suit inward from the shoulders downward. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with applicable local regulations and site safety protocols.
