The KLEENGUARD 37165 is a disposable full-body coverall from the A40 series, engineered for liquid and particulate protection in industrial and commercial work environments. Constructed from microporous film laminate with a breathable back panel, the garment provides a barrier against liquid splash and airborne particles without the heat burden of fully impermeable suits. Key design elements include a zipper front closure, serged seams, and elastic wrists and ankles for a secure, contamination-resistant fit. Each case contains 25 white coveralls with a blue breathable back. These are worn by industrial maintenance crews, hazmat cleanup teams, spray painters, and facility workers handling non-hazardous liquid and particle hazards.
The 37165 coverall is sized 3X-Large and suits a wide range of applications including general industrial cleanup, asbestos abatement support work, spray finishing, light chemical handling, and particulate-generating maintenance tasks. The ISO Non-Cleanroom classification makes it appropriate for standard industrial environments rather than controlled cleanroom settings. The garment meets ASTM F1670, ANSI/ISEA 101-1996, and NFPA 99 standards, making it suitable for environments where documented protective performance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard supply item for industrial PPE programs requiring ASTM F1670-compliant disposable coveralls in 3X-Large sizing.
Coveralls should be donned in a clean staging area before entering the work zone to prevent contamination carry-in. Inspect each garment for tears or seam defects before use. Doff carefully to contain any collected contaminants and dispose of used garments per applicable site safety and waste disposal protocols. These garments are rated for non-hazardous protection only and are not a substitute for fully encapsulating chemical-resistant suits where OSHA-regulated hazardous material exposure is present.
