The KLEENGUARD 37164 is a disposable full-body coverall from the A40 series, engineered for liquid and particle protection in industrial and light-hazard work environments. Constructed from microporous film laminate with a breathable back panel, the garment provides a barrier against liquid splash and airborne particulate without trapping excessive heat. The front zipper closure, elastic wrists, and elastic ankles deliver a secure fit that limits gap exposure during movement. Each case contains 25 white garments. Installation and use are managed by safety professionals, industrial hygienists, or trade workers operating in contamination-sensitive environments.
The 37164 is suited for residential and commercial applications where workers face incidental liquid splash or fine particle exposure — including painting, light chemical handling, asbestos abatement prep, spray insulation, and general industrial maintenance. The serged seam construction and elastic cuff and ankle closures make these coveralls appropriate for environments rated ISO Non-Cleanroom class. They are not rated for hazardous material response. Typical users include HVAC technicians, insulation installers, painters, and general maintenance crews working in dusty or wet conditions.
Designed as a disposable protective coverall for ISO Non-Cleanroom class environments requiring liquid and particle protection. Meets ASTM F1670, ANSI/ISEA 101-1996, and NFPA 99 standards. Rated for non-hazardous protection applications only.
Coveralls should be donned in a clean staging area before entering the work zone to avoid contaminating the garment exterior prior to use. Inspect each garment for tears or defects before wearing. Discard after use — these are single-use disposable garments and must not be laundered or re-used. Follow applicable OSHA personal protective equipment guidelines and site-specific safety protocols when selecting and using disposable protective clothing.
