The KLEENGUARD 37163 is a disposable full-body coverall engineered for liquid and particulate protection in non-cleanroom industrial environments. Part of the KleenGuard A40 series, it is constructed from microporous film laminate with a breathable back panel. The zipper front closure, elastic wrists, and elastic ankles create a secure fit that limits exposure at entry points. Each garment includes a hood for head coverage. This coverall is worn by industrial workers, maintenance technicians, painters, and tradespeople working in environments with splash hazards, fine particulates, or light chemical exposure. Cases ship 25 white garments per case.
The 37163 is suited for applications involving liquid splash and airborne particle hazards at the non-hazardous protection level. Typical deployment includes spray painting, asbestos abatement support, general maintenance in contaminated spaces, light chemical handling, and facility remediation work. The breathable blue back panel reduces heat buildup during extended wear, making it practical for tasks requiring sustained physical activity. ISO classification is Non-Cleanroom, so it is appropriate for general industrial use rather than semiconductor or pharmaceutical cleanroom environments.
Designed for X-Large sizing in non-cleanroom industrial and commercial applications requiring liquid and particulate protection. Suitable for general industry, facilities maintenance, and light remediation work where ISO Non-Cleanroom classification is acceptable.
Donning and doffing should follow your facility's PPE protocol and applicable OSHA guidelines for the hazard type. Inspect each garment before use for tears, punctures, or compromised seams. These are single-use disposable coveralls and must not be laundered or reused after exposure. Dispose of used garments in accordance with local regulations for the contaminants encountered.
